Not user friendly

Love the idea of how his app should work. The layout is not user friendly. On the go ordering is crazy. You submit your order. Then click start making my order. Then only to realize you have another screen to pick walk in or drive thru. MANY MANY times I try to use the on the go ordering and Im guessing the system is off line from the stores. Also when ordering food it does not give enough options to order your food.
App needs some revamping.
