Loyal dunkin customer - disappointed

This app does not offer all the options you can get in store. It does not navigate well. Its super glitchy. With all that I still used the app because it was nice when I had big orders to order ahead and pickup instead of holding up the line. But now the app wont even let me add money to my card to pay! This app needs a lot of work!! So disappointed with this app, hate to say it but paying extra for Starbucks is worth it because their app is so much better!
