Way to many steps

Theres to many steps! When you order coffee you have to hit order pay then Im ready to pick up. It should be order hit pay & done. I have order & forgot the pick up part. Which then made me late. Also if you order a muffin & wanted toasted with butter theres no option. This app is not user friendly at all. I thought it was me, but like I king through the reviews its not. Most times I just use my Starbucks app. Its way easier to navigate.

Since moving to this new app I can no longer use Apple Pay to reload my card and when adding a new credit card it just sits there forever and never updates.

DD Card in Wallet Not Updating

The old app worked seamlessly with the DD card in the iPhone wallet. You didnt have to log into the "app" to load the DD card in the wallet. Now when youre in the DD card in the wallet and "pull" to refresh--I doesnt refresh. You have to open the DD app, refresh the app , then go back to the DD card in the wallet and pull to refresh---NOW IT WILL REFRESH. totally incongruent the old app was better!!!!!

Cant sign on

Cant get into my account. Password is correct, because I can sign in online. When I try and reset the password through the app, it says my answer to my challenge question isnt correct. What a pain in the a**

I didnt like the old app, but at least it functioned better than the new one. Every time I go to Dunkin, the app says its not connected to the server. Almost every time, Im forced to pay out of pocket, while I autoload money into the account every month for a reason. Order ahead doesnt work, either, and its annoying to order a cappuccino again in person, only to have employees tell me the machine is being "cleaned". That would be a bit more believable if that excuse wasnt used so often. They dont even give you the option of waiting until the machine is cleaned; they offer other choices. I want the money Ive loaded into the account back, and Ill think twice before ordering from Dunkin in the future. Its ridiculous.

Wheres the butter?!

Love mobile ordering. Totally changes my morning. But its infuriating that I cant order a bagel with butter instead of cream cheese. Would take two seconds to add it as an option. Also, clunky to figure out at first, but makes sense when you get the hang of it. Wish I could remove locations from recent.

Simply ... Amazing

Im ordering on the go every time! When I reach my favorite DD spot, I go straight to the pick-up counter. Everyones like, "Whaaaaaaa?" The app itself is simple AF. I dont know why it has low ratings. Maybe everyone is tech. illiterate? Good job programmers @ DD. Awesome app!

This app stinks so does customer service

I switched phones couldnt get into app. Tried to update info, failed! Called app customer service waited on hold for one hour. No one answered so I just hung up. Im going back to Starbucks. But I want to use my money in my app that I cant get to. Ugh

Horrible design! Horrible Ap! Honestly this new version doesnt even deserve 1 star but Im forced to input 1 as a min. Go back to the previous design and stop trying to get fancy.

Ridiculous.

Ever since the Dunkin Donuts app upgraded from DD perks to this, I have had NOTHING but trouble. I cant log in to the app, cant transfer money to my registered card when I do get in, every operation I try to do the app says it is "unable to complete." As a loyal Dunkin customer, this is extremely frustrating as I am not receiving my points for my purchases. Im considering taking my business else where because of this. This app needs SERIOUS work.

Update a step backwards

The new update does not keep your id. You have to type the email each and every time. Very painful

PLEASE FIX YOUR APP

I havent been able to use the app for almost 2 months now! I cant even log in, I have $10 on my card that I cant access and up to 6 free beverage coupons that are soon to expire due to your apps incompetence! Please, Im begging you fix the app

Rough launch, but its really gotten better. Love this app!

Terrible new app

I loved the old app. Simple no issues. The new app works great as long as Im home on wifi. Since upgrading the app asks to be updated every time I open it. I click update and it goes to the App Store and update is not available. If not connected to wifi it does not work at all. So basically it is useless at the drive thru, which by the way is 99% of the time I would want to use the app.

Coffee is good the app not so much

Poorly designed update. Even harder than the original to navigate. And a little bit of a pain to use perks. Needs some real improvement to transaction and balance history. Ideally make it more like a bank account. Adds funds at strange times and cant see how it all adds up

What a load of BS

I LOVE Dunkin Donuts and have been using the app loyally for some time now, but I HATE the new app. There are so many bugs and problems and it feels as if Dunkin isnt attempting to actually fix any of them. Ive had various problems with it where it wouldnt load my card amount, wouldnt let me reload my card, made my card info disappear (the purpose of saving the card info is so I dont have to retype it every time), not let me order my free drink unless I had money on my card, not let me use coupons or apply automatic ones to my on the go ordering, and various other issues. There are some functions I like, such as the concept of ordering in advance and how the barcode to scan to pay is bigger and brighter, but the cool new design and added features dont count for anything IF YOU CANT USE THEM! I have both the old app and the new, because I know eventually they will make the old app invalid but 9/10 thats the app I end up using instead because of how reliable it is. Ive held off reviewing this app to see what improvements would be made and Im not sure what Im disappointed in more: the fact that this hasnt been updated in 10 weeks or the app itself. Look at your reviews Dunkin and please make the changes needed to be made. Were talking, its up to you to value your customers and listen. Update on my old review: still 1 star considering they havent fixed anything and now Im locked out of my account. My money wasnt showing up so I tried logging out and logging back in. Big mistake. No matter how much I try to tap the "sign in" button, it wont enter and I just sit at a log in screen I cant use. I tried to fire up the old app as Ive been doing when this app gets wonky, and they disabled it completely. Id give this app a 0/5 if I could.

App needs help

I placed orders using the On the Go feature. The order didnt get to the location even tho the app on my phone said order was placed. The people at the store dont have a clue whats happening. Actually, its not their responsibility to know why the app isnt functioning properly. DD should fix the problems or go back to the good ole place your order at the Drive thru or at the counter.

Why am I prompted to log in each time?

I am STILL required to log in each time. Why?! I started just using the card in wallet (the stock iOS app) for payment but Ive been told a few times they "need to see the spinning Dunkin cup". So I log into the app each time. If this is a security matter thats fine. Allow us to log in with Touch ID. That would completely resolve my gripes. As far as the app looking different I dont mind. It still gets done what it needs to although there seem to be fewer coupons (maybe offset by more automatic deals which I cant complain about) Overall the program is great. We grab at least five coffees a week and usually more. But the fact that we need to log in each time is just downright annoying. Please PLEASE change that.
