Folks, the new app is so EASY. Everything you need is on the main menu. I would like the My Favorites feature to give me more ability to customize it instead of having to order food and then save an order as a favorite. Id rather build my own favorites and name it my way. I also LOVE the On the GO feature. Only issue with OTG is they dont show All the options you can ask for in the store...example...I cant order a bagel with butter....only cream cheese...so stupid!!...I complained and hope the developers fix it quick and not take a year

This app does not offer all the options you can get in store. It does not navigate well. Its super glitchy. With all that I still used the app because it was nice when I had big orders to order ahead and pickup instead of holding up the line. But now the app wont even let me add money to my card to pay! This app needs a lot of work!! So disappointed with this app, hate to say it but paying extra for Starbucks is worth it because their app is so much better!

App constantly logs you out. Doesnt show correct amounts on gift cards. Points and money are lost. Just awful.

The app needed a fave lift which it got. I wanted to voice my frustration with the app continues to log me out after every use! Very aggravating! Please fix this. Also it would be nice to edit/change payment information on the app and not only be able to do that online.

Garbage app. Probably developed by the very same indians that run all of the dunkin donuts

Not convenient since I ALWAYS have to sign back in when I open the app. Please fix.

This app is much prettier than the previous one...but the improvements ends there. The navigation is clunky. And every time I need to pay for a drink on the spot...I open the app only to be presented with the login panel! This is a terrible UX. Save the user session like the old app.

This app is much worse than the last version. It doesnt update, it wont let me reload my card, and when I reload my card via the actual website, it isnt reflected in the app! As the older app no longer works on my phone, I was stuck using this. Tried it on my iPad-same problems! Fix it, DD!

I love the new design for the Dunkin app but the only thing that it really did was improve aesthetic. For one thing, the pages take longer to load than in the previous app. Despite the cute sprinklers load animation its still annoying. As well, the steps to paying got a little more complicated and it just seems so unnecessary. Still does the job overall I guess.

Im sorry, I am not going to purchase a gift card to be able to use your app. There isnt any way around that. I tried. So if you offer Apple Pay, I have to use my Apple Pay to buy a gift card to make a purchase or order ahead? Thats the dumbest thing Ive seen in a while. Why if I didnt load enough on the gift card? Will I then have to add more money, or use Apple Pay or my card to take care of the remainder? This is ridiculous. Other places dont make me do this for their rewards and this is why your app will always have negative reviews. Fix it.

Hate the new app

The old app wasnt perfect, but it was intuitive and did the job. This app is clunky, hides formerly useful features and doesnt work half the time. I was able to reload my card with Apple Pay for months, and now I cant. Half the time, the "system is down" and I cant order or pay with the app. If I didnt still have value on my card I would delete the app. Its a waste of phone memory.

There should be a way to refer a friend from inside the app.

The new app decides whether or not to display my card and balance. Often I have to pay with cash or credit because it is not working. I will tuck this away once my balance is used up and will wait to see if they ever get serious about having an actual functioning app. Also, I did not touch upon the other whoas as they have been well covered in the other posts.

This app is so terrible when compared to the old one that it helped me make the decision to quit going to Dunkin Donuts every day and just buy a coffee maker from my office.

The whole idea of having this idea is to drive up and pickup your order. In my both experiences Ive had to wait for the order to be made.

Tried to use my $16 balance on my app and it made me download a new app. I tossed my old card after loading onto my phone. Now Im out the $16 because the new app doesnt carry forward the balance? Dunkins better buck up or lose customers !!! Terrible!

This app has given me problems since the moment I downloaded it. Perks show up on my boyfriends app, but wont show up on mine. Also wont accept my credit card information in order for me to load my card. Im deleting this app for the final time.
