Worse app

Im shocked with all the hype, this app is pretty bad. This app looks much worse than the other one. Its harder to navigate, it just doesnt make sense. I have two apps now, neither seems to be working. Please stop this new app nonsense.

My money disappeared!

I had a balance on my card of $2.69 I reloaded my app with $25 when the balance showed after that it only showed $25 What happened to the previous balance????? I will watch this app very closely because if it takes $ from you, Dunkin will have serious issues.

Unable to share cards with family!?

This is the most disappointing thing for me as my wife and I would share the dunkin app and now I can only be signed in on one device and it kicks you off the other. I have no issues with the updates UI but as others have said the reasonable expectation was that it would be pushed through the old app and not having to download the new app without replacing the old one.

New interface, new issues

Love the new interface, but having never done auto reload until this new app, it consistently tells me theres an error in processing the auto-reload for my card. Ive even attempted to add a new dunkin card and payment method for it and the same thing happens. Please fix.

My card balance doesnt update.

Again APP had issues

I cannot load funds to the new app because it is telling me my zip code is invalid but it is my zip code. Your code had a USPS validation issue!!

Looks Pretty, But Doesnt Work

I have an account on the old Dunkin app and I tried transferring my info to the new one. Keeps telling me to make sure all my info is valid. Tried multiple different things hundreds of times before finally giving up. I know my info... Hate it!

Functionality is not equal to old version

I have not seen any of my past transactions listed in the history or card details section. The old app never failed on that. Also the card face pic changes or doesnt show up at all regardless of what I have chosen in the past. Did you release this update before it was ready to compete with the new Starbucks app? Cuz you seriously dont have to. You wont lose me as a customer just cuz the app isnt "fresh". If its functional thats the important thing. Not the look.

Older App Works Better

No sure if its just me, however you get more mobile perks/offers with the older app.

Cant reload card

Wow, I thought the old app was bad. The additional taps between redeeming a coupon and paying the remainder of the bill are just stupid, and I cant reload my card from the app! I have a credit card on file and I get an error. I try using visa checkout and it fails. I had no problem on the old app. Progress for progress sake, what a joke.

Can not login or add my old card

I cant login to my account. Then I tried to add my registered card, also failed. I dont understand why they have to create a new app instead of just update the current one, which working just fine.

New Software/Customer

Dont download this software. It has a number of problems that both C/S and their I/T know about but after numerous weeks cant correct their problems. According to C/S its going to take 6-8 weeks for a refund that was on my old application. A company this size must be having money flow problems to take that long of a period to return $20.67.

Its hard for to believe how bad this app is.

Where are my offers?

Dont delete old app yet! First, perks take a while to show up on new one (not a deal breaker); second, had to use old app to reload my card. Tried several times to re-enable auto reload but was unsuccessful. Only thing I didnt try was to delete my CC info & start all over -- maybe that works.

Looks nice, ugly underneath

Functionality issues Ive found: --Wallet card is not updating, automatically or manually. And yes, I deleted the old one and re-added it from the new app (since apparently it still "sees" the old app). --Reloading is still a pain. If I have to take my card out of my wallet to enter the CVV code every time, it kinda defeats the purpose, doesnt it? --Nutrition info doesnt update as you make changes (like choosing "veggie egg white" vs "egg", or "cream" vs "skim milk" --Transaction History is blank. Never updates. (Extra points if you can even easily FIND Transaction History in the app) Theres more, but these are the most egregious. I gave 2 stars because it does look nicer than the old app, and at least the Pay Now feature isnt broken.

Yikes! hit with $90 in fraudulent charges

Be careful with this one guys. Downloaded the new app and got hit with $90 in out of state fraudulent charges a couple weeks later. Something is not secure about this app. Im currently on the phone with customer support. They said someone got my card information. They want me to handle this with my cc company and they are saying they are not responsible.

Doesnt update balance

Every time you open the app you have to hit the refresh balance button to show how much you have left on the card.

Big problem

The new app wont even let me log in. Keeps telling me my info is incorrect. Even tried changing my password which works fine on the old app and website.

Frustrating

Unable to use my old app "unable to process request" so I figured the new app was available. Added to my phone now it wont recognize my email and I am unable to sign in. So my money is stuck in limbo. Please hire a better tech team.
