This app is not functioning properly. It does not update the amount on my card, even after days, restarting phone, deleting and redownloading the app. There is also no transaction history so I have no record of what I have spent or if my points are correct.

I now have to log in to the app every time I use it. Why??

Why does it require me to re-log in whenever I reopen the app? I have another phone I use for work purposes and every time I open the app on a different device it requires a login. EACH time. Please fix this?

Seriously? A multibillion dollar company cant get a simple application right? Its really laughable. The first app sucked, didnt think they could outdo themselves there. To my surprise they release this garbage. I cant even log in.

Cant add card to wallet. Was kicked out and had to log in 3 times in one session.

My balance is more than $5.00 less than it was yesterday and I did not use it!!!! Do not download this app!!!!!!!! I liked the old app better. This one seems so old. The last one was more modern.

I cant, for the life of me, get the card balance to show the actual amount that I have on the card. I have pushed reload/update and closed/restarted a million times and it always tells me that I have the full amount that I added to my card, despite having spent money twice from that card. I went in blind this morning, not knowing my true balance and found that I owed money because I had no idea what the true card balance was.

Overall the app seems OK. But the fact that I have the login with my password each and every time really slows up purchasing coffee and food. The previous app stay logged in all time in this one needs that as well.

The new app looks good, BUT... I used to have access to the old app across multiple devices. Now this new app signs me out of the app except the most recent device logged in on. I should have simultaneous access through multiple devices. Or, integrate fingerprint access or pin code so the full username and password dont have to be entered every time.

New app looks like it would be nice if it worked having the same problems everyone else is going through. Stop wasting my time, theres just as many Starbucks around as your store and by making it myself it will be right 95% of the time instead of 75%

I agree with others that after the hype via emails announcing a new app was coming, I was left disappointed. This app basically has the same features as the old, but looks a bit more fresh (unlike their donuts). I see no reason why they had to release a second app. Just adds overall confusion. Why doesnt the card balance in your Apple Wallet auto update after a purchase like Starbucks app does? Thats been annoying me for a long time now. And I would prefer if their stores just accepted ApplePay rather than having to load a DD card, which you can do via ApplePay. I like their coffee, but I certainly dont like this new app!

It tells me to enter my info then says its invalid.

Not liking the new app: The icon no longer shows how many perks you have waiting for you from the home screen. When I use a free perk its like three clicks to get back to my card to pay the rest. I used to be able to just tap cards at the bottom and pay. And none of the DDs for miles have on the go ordering? Please bring those features back.

Not sure why everybodys having so many problems with this app. Seems to be working perfectly for me. I do also wish that you could scan receipts and add them to our account though.

Was looking forward to trying online ordering only to find that, in the Boston and surrounding suburb areas there is literally ONE location that supports this feature. I wish I could attach a picture to show the amount of locations in this area. It is over 200 and for one store to be on board is pathetic.

I wanted to order online and pick up some donuts about 15 miles away. Simple. This app cant do that. Why? Its a half baked app...

I have tried on several occasions to get this APP to work and it never ever works. Whoever created this APP for DD should be terminated. I have dealt with some poor APPs before but this one is by far the worst.

...sprinkles...unless you actually want sprinkles because theyre not offered, nor is customizing munchkins. At least the UI looks good. Update - after a few uses this app stinks. I can use Apple Pay to load money on my card but then paying for donuts you have to scan my phone? Or I could just avoid the app completely and use Apple Pay in the store.

The scanning on this is terrible. Every time I try to use it the cashier has to make multiple attempts before it will actually scan and on more than one occasion I have just given up and paid with my card, losing the points I would have otherwise earned because of problems with the app.

Everything that was good about old app is ruined here. Do not download. Keep the old app!
