The app doesnt flow well. Mobile offers dont carry over from other app. Thank god free beverages does carry over. And, you cant be signed on to app from two different phones. I still have to use old app to accomplish this. Hope they update and make major changes. Ill update review IF they do.

The old app auto updated your balance. The new app doesnt. So it looks like theres funds in there when there isnt, which is not something you want to find out as youre trying to pay. Also its a pain to navigate, functionality was taken away in favor of pretty little pictures. When youre trying to get the app ready at a red light, or in line, you cant just use the app out of the corner of your eye like you used to. You have to navigate and read, and go through a menu etc. All things that should be effortless. Its a downgrade in every possible way from the old app.

Previously hated the app, but the updates have made it a lot better. Apple Pay works, Wallet integration works, login works, and looks so much better than the old one. Very pleased!

So whats the point of having Apple Pay in your stores if I need the app AND card to actually get points? Its stupid. Im only giving 3 stars because Ive FINALLY been able to merge my cards hat have 30+ cents on them

Absolutely worthless. Cant even log in to have all my money on the new app. Went online and switched my password just in case I had it wrong and it still wont work. App is about as useless as most of Dunkins employees.

I am very disappointed in that the previous version had so many bugs it was hard to list them all. So far its been a few weeks after download and I still cant charge up my account as my precious card info want work, now its asking to log in and password recovery website want respond. I do mobile app QA and Ive seen some poor product released based on user friendly features but this app is back with terrible server side support and issues. Its hard to feel like this app holding my secure payment and credit card information is truly secure with all the server failures it has. Poor job Dunkin. Poor

This app does not work. And now Im genuinely concerned that I entered my credit card info into it. I attempted to add two DD giftcards and was told the numbers were invalid. I gave up and I tried to add my credit card info instead and it said the same thing. Now I have no Dunkin and an uneasy feeling. Dont waste your time.

I cant enroll, says my info is incorrect.

The new app is a mess- harder to find your card and pay. Even worse, it makes you log in each time. Total waste of my time. I am re-loading the old app.

Gift option does not exist. Try to reload my card but does not work.

I’ve had issues the past two weekends. First time I had $35 on a card. Gave it to the cashier and she says: “You only had $1 on there.” I looked at the app and it said $0. Today, $21 on the app and the same thing happens. “You’re going to have to call Dunkin Donuts.” Apple should take it out of the store until they can fix it.

This is a terrible app. Lost so many points because the reload feature does not work. That is the only reason why I take in the risk of being hacked(stupid me)....so I can get a free coffee.
